Mingle is a supported evening social group to tackle social isolation for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Acquired Brain Injury and some Older People.

At Mingle you can

We will help you

  • Read letters
  • Get online
  • Find the best price for your utilities (Gas, electric, phone) & for big purchases
  • We will do a wellbeing checklist to see if there are any health, social care or housing issues you need help with then signpost you to the right support

The facts: 

  • Takes place on a Wednesday and Thursday, from 6pm to 9pm
  • It costs from £10 per session (price includes hot & cold drinks and a basic meal)
  • You can choose to come once a month, once a fortnight or twice a week – whatever works for you
  • You could use your own money to pay for Mingle or you could ask your social worker if it could be part of your support package
  • Support staff are available at each session, if you need extra support give us a call and we can discuss this
